After receiving your order, we will process it within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-sale products). The delivery time is 7 business days.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed. Customers are currently experiencing delays in delivery times and tracking updates due to efficiency issues with international shipping companies. In some cases, customers may not receive their first shipping update until the package reaches the final destination. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we will do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Can I track my purchase?
You can track your purchase by entering the tracking number emailed to you after placing the order. This will allow you to check the delivery status at any time. To make changes or cancel a processed order, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
Do you provide expedited shipping services?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel on the same day, you will not be charged any fees. However, if you cancel the order after that day, please do not accept the package if it is already cancelled by FedEx (sometimes RTS requests fail), as you will be responsible for returning the package. Please contact customer service for more detailed information.
What should I do if my item/package arrives damaged?
When you receive your item, please carefully inspect it. If the packaging is damaged, please follow these steps:
Take a photo or video of the damaged packaging upon delivery.
Send the photos or video to our email address.
We will contact you directly to discuss the next steps.
Do not discard the box or packaging materials, as your claim will not be approved by the shipping company.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier company's website.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payment in £ GBP (British Pound) € EUR (Euro) and $ USD (United States Dollar)
We will choose the currency normally used in your country/region. If we do not provide payment in your local currency, we will process the payment in $ USD .
